Exact instructions will vary by participating financial institution. To cancel an Interac e-Transfer transaction, log into your bank's online banking / mobile banking application and go to the transaction history section under Interac e-Transfer. An Interac e-Transfer can only be cancelled if the funds haven't already been deposited. Please note that there may be a fee from your financial institution to cancel the transaction.
