Encouraging intentional spending with Sound Shopping
Music has the power to move us physically and emotionally, and when you think about how you spend money, music probably isn’t top of mind. Research shows that it can change how we shop, from how long we stay in a store or restaurant to how much we do or don’t buy.
At Interac, we’re fascinated in understanding the connection of music and spending and decided to develop new tools Canadian’s can use to encourage intentional spending at a time where financial anxiety is heightened. With over 15 million earned impressions and a 98 per cent increase in shopper satisfaction, Sound Shopping caught Canadians attention too.
