$1 will be donated to The Keg Spirit Foundation for every entrée purchased using Interac Debit in all Keg Restaurants across Canada
TORONTO, November 20, 2015 – The Keg Restaurant Ltd. (“The Keg Steakhouse + Bar”) and Interac Association/Acxsys Corporation are pleased to announce a new collaboration in support of The Keg Spirit Foundation. This holiday season from November 1, to December 31, $1 will be donated to The Keg Spirit Foundation for every entrée purchased using Interac Debit, up to $60,000, in any Keg restaurant across Canada. Interac Association/Acxsys Corporation are the organizations behind the Interac brand.

This collaboration not only supports The Keg Spirit Foundation, but it also drives Interac Debit transactions at the store level, providing value for both organizations. When guests pay for their meal using Interac Debit, they are choosing to pay with one of the most secure, lowest cost payment options available to Canadian merchants.

The Keg Spirit Foundation was established in 2001 to commemorate The Keg’s 30th anniversary and the charitable giving led by David Aisenstat, President and CEO of The Keg Steakhouse and Bar. To date, The Keg Spirit Foundation has raised and donated over $8 million to over 300 charities across North America.
