Jeremy Wilmot is the President and CEO of Interac Corp. A seasoned leader in payments, real-time solutions and growth strategies, Jeremy joined Interac in August 2023. He leverages his more than 30 years of global experience to drive Interac growth and deliver shared value for its Canadian Financial Institution customers and for the millions of Canadians using its debit, money movement and verification services. Jeremy can offer insights on the evolution of the payments and verification landscape and how Interac products and services help Canadians to digitally interact with confidence.

Head, Information Security & CISO
Ireen leads the technology and business security strategy and implementation at Interac, including operationalizing enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, managing security risk and compliance regulations, and implementing preventative measures while monitoring threats. Ireen has over 20 years of experience across the public, private and consulting sectors, helping organizations excel in areas of cybersecurity, risk, incident and vulnerability management, and IT security architecture.

Ted is the Group Head, Product at Interac. He is responsible for enabling an efficient and effective product management lifecycle, leveraging market, industry, and customer insights to support Interac’s growth. He brings over 19 years of expertise in product experience spanning payments, e-commerce and merchant services to Interac. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Ted has extensive experience as a fintech product executive with a rich background in international leadership, vast experience in agile methodologies and successful product delivery.

Sudha Dwivedi is the Group Head, People & Culture at Interac Corp. and is responsible for cultural transformation, talent strategy, and accelerating business outcomes through people practices.
A recipient of Top 100 Professionals in Canada by The Official Top 100 Magazine, Sudha brings decades of people and culture (P&C) experience across organizations operating in the financial and medical services industries. She is a passionate DEI champion and seeks to ensure every employee feels like they have a seat at the table where their voice is heard.
Prior to Interac, Sudha served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Teranet. A native Montrealer, Sudha holds an MBA from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree from McGill.

Mario Falvo is Group Head, Finance & Risk at Interac Corp. Mario is responsible for the finance and risk management, providing strategic direction and oversight to enable enterprise strategy. Mario holds an honors degree in Finance and Accounting and the CPA, CA designation. He brings over 25 years of extensive knowledge in finance, risk management, regulatory compliance and internal audit functions, coupled with a deep understanding of Interac, our governance, and our business.

With over 35 years of experience in payment and secure transaction technologies, she has led ground-breaking initiatives in digital ID, crypto currencies, contactless and mobile commerce, AI and micro-finance on an international scale. Debbie champions collaboration and diversity of thought, inspiring her staff to achieve award-winning success in their fields. Her leadership and expertise have been recognized through numerous industry awards, including Top 50 Canadian Executives, FemTech Leader of the Year, Top 50 Women in FinTech and Most Influential Women in Payments. Through her work, Debbie is driving the success of the digital economy and transforming the way we think about technology leadership.

As Group Head, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Conni Gibson brings over 20 years of extensive compliance and legal experience and knowledge in technology and operations as well as managing acquisitions, securities and derivatives in the financial services industry. Prior to Interac, Conni served as Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer of Technology and Operations and Corporate Areas at Bank of Montreal where she drove transformational change to ensure compliance programs in personal and commercial banking met regulatory expectations and best practices.

Anurag Kar

Anurag is responsible for money movement products such as Interac e-Transfer, Batch Payables & Receivables and International Remittances. His focus is on the day-to-day management activities for the products and the execution of the product strategy through new product development. Anurag has 15 years of experience in the payments industry, with a speciality in money movement. Prior to joining the organization, Anurag worked in Retail Banking, within the payments space. He has a passion for bringing solutions to market that simplifies the day-to-day payment interactions for individuals.

Head, Payments
Chris joined Interac as the head of Debit in February 2024. Prior to joining Interac, Chris spent the last 10 years with Scotiabank, most recently as the Vice President of Retail Lending and Payments, where he led product teams for Visa & Interac Debit, Interac e-Transfer, cross border payments, BNPL and unsecured lending. During his time at Scotiabank, Chris was a key contributor in the bank’s agile transformation, leading the formation of the agile teams in Scotia Digital and bringing payment innovations such as installment payments and instant wallet provisioning to Scotiabank customers. Prior to Scotiabank, Chris was a strategy and technology consultant with Deloitte, MasterCard and Accenture, serving clients in the payments and financial services industry. Chris completed his Engineering degree at the University of Waterloo and MBA at the University of Toronto.

Lauren Mostowyk leads the Brand, Corporate Communications and Integrated Marketing functions at Interac ensuring effective brand and reputation management. In her role, she is responsible for developing channel strategies that are instrumental in promoting our products and fostering partnerships. Lauren plays a key role at Interac in maintaining consistency in our narrative across various platforms, aligning closely with our corporate strategy to effectively communicate to both internal stakeholders and external audiences. Over the past five years, Lauren has advanced through senior roles, successfully growing our employee engagement strategy, enhancing our brand's market presence, and providing steady leadership in issues management.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors, Fatema brings a wealth of expertise in leading innovative product strategies, digital transformation, and operational excellence. In her current role at Interac, Fatema spearheads the Verified Product division, focusing on creating secure, seamless, and scalable solutions for customers, with a commitment to enhancing the company’s product offerings in the digital identity landscape.
Previously, as Vice-President of the Enterprise Digital team at CIBC, Fatema led over 300 team members, building and scaling foundational digital capabilities across the bank. Her track record includes driving strategic brand partnerships, implementing digital hybrid models, and transforming the digital ecosystem to create impactful client experiences. She has consistently delivered growth, driving product innovation and transformation within large-scale organizations.
Fatema is widely regarded as a visionary leader known for motivating high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and championing inclusive leadership. In 2020, Fatema was recognized as one of WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.
Outside of work, Fatema is deeply committed to climate change advocacy and an avid traveler, she enjoys exploring the world with her family and seeking new adventures whenever possible.

Giles leads the commercial initiatives for Interac Verified, including leading the go-to-market strategy and executing the growth and revenue operations for the business unit. Prior to Interac, Giles was a founding team member of Carta Worldwide, a Canadian fintech platform, where he led the business development function from inception through international expansion and acquisition in 2021. With a background in finance, Giles’ career has primarily focused on driving growth within emerging technology sectors, including work with leading financial and technology organizations in Canada, US and around the globe.

As Group Head, Client, Glenn is responsible for leading sales and account management efforts to grow Interac market share, revenue and customer satisfaction by building strong client relationships across the financial, public and private sectors. Glenn brings more than 27 years of experience to the Interac team. He has held several positions in the fintech sector and has specialized experience in emerging digital transformation technologies including e-commerce, AI, cloud, fraud and payments.
