Interac Online is a service operated by Interac Corp. Interac Corp. does not directly charge fees to merchants. However, it does charge acquirers an Acquirer Service Fee for each Interac Online transaction, as outlined in the table below. The fees merchants pay are set by their acquirer or payment service provider, and may include other services. Interac Online customers are protected by our Customer Commitment. Your online customers can expect protection for losses resulting from circumstances beyond their control, appropriate disclosure of information by their financial institution; and compliance with the Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce by you when you offer this as a payment option.
