With over 25 years of experience in Canada’s financial services sector, David brings deep expertise at the intersection of payments, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. He has led innovation at scale, advised PayTech firms, and played a pivotal role in creating Canada’s first integrated Cyber, Fraud, and Corporate Security group at CIBC. His leadership has also driven complex payment modernization programs, with a strong emphasis on resilience, trust, and protecting Canadians in an evolving digital landscape.
