At Interac, our celebration of PRIDE goes beyond the month of June – it’s a year-round commitment to fostering inclusion, equity, and support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. This summer, we continued that commitment through meaningful events that brought employees together to learn, connect, and advocate.
As one of Canada’s top 100 employers, our values are backed with comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid health coverage, access to psychological services, virtual and confidential counselling, and 24/7 expert support through our Employee Assistance Program. Additional coverage includes gender-affirming treatments, fertility and family-building support, and legal and relationship guidance.

Pride Social Opportunities
1Interac Pride Employee Resource Group members were welcome to participate in a PRIDE brunch as well as a pop-up snack break in the office. A fun way for the ERG to step away from their desks and socialize.
