Nous savons que nos employ\u00e9s se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 offrir ce qu\u2019il y a de mieux aux Canadiens. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/fr\/contenu\/a-linterieur-dinterac\/interac-nommee-la-marque-financiere-la-plus-digne-de-confiance-au-canada\/\">reconnus comme l\u2019une des marques les plus dignes de confiance au Canada tout au long de la pand\u00e9mie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 de reconnaissance des employ\u00e9s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De longues fins de semaine prolong\u00e9es pour se concentrer sur le mieux-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Interac fermera ses bureaux \u00e0 domicile tous les vendredis pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant les trois&nbsp;longues fins de semaine de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Les employ\u00e9s activeront leur avis d\u2019absence du bureau et prendront un peu plus de temps pour se ressourcer. Comme la plupart des employ\u00e9s profiteront de ces jours de cong\u00e9, il n\u2019y aura aucune accumulation de courriels \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir dans la bo\u00eete de r\u00e9ception au moment du retour en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des fermetures anticip\u00e9es pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-vie personnelle est essentielle \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au bonheur, et c\u2019est pourquoi nous proposons des conditions de travail flexibles tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Entre les longues fins de semaine de la f\u00eate de la Reine et de la f\u00eate du Travail, Interac \u00ab&nbsp;fermera&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 15&nbsp;h chaque vendredi au lieu de l\u2019heure habituelle de 17&nbsp;h, ce qui offrira plus de temps pour profiter de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des activit\u00e9s virtuelles pour nous garder connect\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 social d\u2019Interac planifie plusieurs activit\u00e9s virtuelles cet \u00e9t\u00e9 pour nous garder mobilis\u00e9s et connect\u00e9s. Il collabore avec de petites entreprises, comme des restaurants locaux, pour organiser des cours de cuisine et des soir\u00e9es de jeux dans un esprit de saine comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Par le pass\u00e9, Interac a organis\u00e9 des cours virtuels de cuisine et de pr\u00e9paration de cocktails, une soir\u00e9e de peinture, et des jeux de bingo musical et de meurtre et myst\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des heures de repos r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde fait face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis diff\u00e9rents lorsqu\u2019il travaille \u00e0 domicile. Les employ\u00e9s peuvent ressentir des niveaux de stress plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019ils essaient de concilier le travail et la vie personnelle pendant la pand\u00e9mie. Les heures de repos sont trois blocs d\u2019une heure que tous les employ\u00e9s peuvent utiliser au besoin. Nous ne planifions pas de r\u00e9unions pendant les heures de repos afin que les employ\u00e9s aient le temps de se recentrer, de g\u00e9rer les t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res et de prendre le temps de se ressourcer. Nous savons qu\u2019aider nos employ\u00e9s \u00e0 rester heureux, en bonne sant\u00e9 et inspir\u00e9s est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019un milieu de travail motivant et de notre r\u00e9ussite.
