To resolve issues affecting Interac e-Transfer, please contact your financial institution.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Please be aware Interac does not hold funds and is unable to trace funds. Issues affecting the Interac e-Transfer service must be reported to your financial institution for investigation and resolution, as your bank account and relationship is held by them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

You can call the number on the back of your bank card, visit your financial institution\u2019s website on how to contact them, or visit your local bank for assistance. You can also contact your financial institution directly through their mobile banking application.<\/p> <\/div>\n
