At the beginning of the pandemic, we offered our employees a $700 work from home allowance that they can use to upgrade their workspace. Additionally, we’ve set ‘Quiet Hours’ to assist employees with small children and other family commitments.\u00a0 We have asked all staff to avoid booking meetings during set times so staff can focus on working productively, while supporting their family.<\/p>\n
