Accordingly, we\u2019ve seized this opportunity to take stock of the most important changes we\u2019ve seen in the past decade and to reflect on the broader trends that we think will unfold over the decade to come: the spread of digitization and the growing importance of the customer\u2019s holistic experience; the critical importance of security and privacy and the impending emergence of government-back digital identities; the decreasing visibility of payments and the growth of platforms that will convert and exchange a much wider range of units of value (loyalty points, credentials, currencies, etc\u2026) \u2013 and beneath it all, of course, the ever-present and ever-important principle of trust.<\/p>\n<p>We sat down to discuss these ideas with three of our top innovation experts here at Interac: Debbie Gamble, Oscar Roque, and Neil Butters.
