Innovation is impossible without disruptors. Never satisfied with the status quo, they always challenge conventional wisdom and strive for better. To celebrate these authorities on International Women\u2019s Day 2019, we\u2019ve compiled advice from some of FinTech\u2019s most respected leaders. From executives to managers, these perspectives offer a crucial lesson in how to make the industry better for all.<\/p>\n

Whether they\u2019re inventing the tools that make the extraordinary possible or taking the difficulty out of everyday tasks, disruptors are crucial to any company that wants to make a difference in FinTech. And diversity and inclusion are key to fostering them.<\/p>\n
