As Sudha Dwivedi, Chief People &amp; Culture Officer at Interac shares, \u201cthese programs help employees to be fulfilled, healthy and productive.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interac has been named one of Greater Toronto\u2019s Top Employers for 2025 by Mediacorp Canada Inc. \u2014 for the fifth consecutive year. This recognition comes following the recertification of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/en\/content\/news\/interac-named-one-of-canadas-most-admired-corporate-cultures-in-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Most Admired Corporate Cultures Award<\/a> from Waterstone Human Capital, which recognizes organizations\u2019 recruitment strategies, employee growth, diversity and inclusion, among other criteria. Interac was also named among the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onconferences.com\/24teamwinners-dei\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Top 50 DEI Teams<\/a> in the 2024 OnCon Icon Awards. And last spring, the company made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/en\/content\/news\/interac-named-one-of-linkedin-top-companies-in-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn\u2019s Top Companies in Canada for 2024 list<\/a>, which recognizes organizations whose workplace culture promotes growth, innovation and inclusivity.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese recognitions reinforce the work we\u2019ve done to create an inclusive, innovative and values-driven environment,\u201d said Dwivedi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/en\/content\/news\/interac-corp-appoints-sudha-dwivedi-as-new-chief-people-and-culture-officer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">who joined Interac in September<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s a true testament to how we foster a workplace where everyone can be their best, most authentic selves.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a culture that enables Interac employees to serve as engaged citizens, too.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-working-at-interac-nbsp\">Working at Interac&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Making Interac a sought-after workplace includes a commitment to offering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interac.ca\/en\/company\/careers\/careers-at-interac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comprehensive benefits<\/a>, like health and wellness benefits and RRSP contributions that are 100 per cent company-paid (as in, employees don\u2019t have to share in the cost).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many employees, the company\u2019s supportive work environment is another highlight of a career at Interac. It\u2019s also about building a stronger Canada. Interac also partners with community organizations like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consciouseconomics.ca\/heartwork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Conscious Economics<\/a> and other corporations to work toward addressing gender-based pay inequity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been recognized for our data-driven approach to diversity, equity and inclusion, which is at the heart of how we continue to shape a culture where everyone\u2019s voice is valued and heard, and employees can bring their true selves to work\u201d Dwivedi said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-working-for-a-more-prosperous-canada-nbsp\">Working for a more prosperous Canada&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudha noted that working at Interac comes with the satisfaction of knowing that what we do here matters.
