These include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Skills growth<\/strong>: determines how employees across the company are gaining skills while employed at the company, using standardized LinkedIn skills&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company stability: <\/strong>tracks attrition over the past year, and % of employees that stay at the company at least 3 years&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>External opportunity<\/strong>: looks at recruiter outreach across employees at the company, signaling demand for workers coming from these companies&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company affinity: <\/strong>measures how supportive a company\u2019s culture is by connection volume on LinkedIn&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gender diversity<\/strong>: measures gender parity within a company and its subsidiaries&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Educational background: <\/strong>variety of educational attainment among employees&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee presence in the country: <\/strong># of employees in the country relative to other companies&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ability to advance <\/strong>tracked by employee promotions within a company&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018We are proud to be recognized as a top company in Canada by LinkedIn.
