We have new faces and new spaces
Think you know what Interac offices look like? We may have a Bay St. address, but you’ll find as many sneakers as you will suits. In fact, our spaces are increasingly being designed to promote more cross-collaboration across our various departments. You’ll find a lot of whiteboards, open offices, lounge seating and caffeine on hand to make collaboration with your colleagues easy. We just added a whole new floor to our office space to accommodate the growing talent at Interac and there’s a whole lot more to come. We’re moving in and moving up!
Our culture rewards hard work
Our employees give their all on every Interac project, so our culture works with them, not against them. We’re more interested in computer code than dress code, and we know that building great products means building a proper work-life balance. That’s why we reward our staff’s hard work with reduced summer hours and remote working options. Because we know that if our staff feel great, they’ll do great work.
We work and play together
Despite what people say, hard work is not its own reward. So we make a point of celebrating our staff, both in and outside of the office. Who else dedicates a whole week to employee appreciation, complete with poutine trucks, ice cream socials, and a half-day of vacation for everyone?
And that’s not all. Corporate shindigs bring us together after hours and keep the celebrations going late into the night. Because while we enjoy working together, we enjoy playing together even more.

Prosperous communities lead to prosperous companies. Supporting charities like United Way Toronto and York Region is just our way of giving back. In 2019 alone, we raised close to $100,000 for them and had fun doing it.
